You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Frizelonghod from third-party claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of others’ rights, subject to our prompt notification and reasonable cooperation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence, you agree that courts located in San Francisco County, California, will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless you and we agree otherwise in writing.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site and updating the version date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where practical. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
