Refund and cancellation policy

This page sets expectations for refunds, credits, and cancellations across digital goods, live services, and multi-session programs. It is designed to be fair, predictable, and compatible with mandatory consumer laws in your region.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer. Where local law provides a longer cooling-off period, a stronger refund right, or a mandatory remedy, those rules apply.

Operating principles

Clarity first

We describe deliverables and access rules before you pay. If something was materially misdescribed, tell us promptly with specifics so we can review the order fairly.

Proportional remedies

Refunds, credits, or replacements are matched to what went wrong. Minor issues may be resolved with a partial credit or a revised delivery date instead of a full refund.

Digital educational products

For templates, guides, or other downloadable or streamable materials, you may request a refund within fourteen days of purchase if you have not substantially consumed the content. “Substantial consumption” includes downloading the majority of files, completing most workbook sections, or otherwise using the product in a way that delivers most of its value.

If access fails due to a technical defect on our side and we cannot restore access within a reasonable time, you may receive a replacement access window or a refund of amounts paid for that product, at our discretion.

Live consulting and sessions

Cancellations received at least forty-eight hours before a scheduled session may receive a full refund of that session’s fee or, if you prefer, a credit toward a rescheduled time of equal length. Cancellations inside forty-eight hours may be charged a late cancellation fee as disclosed at booking, except where emergency circumstances apply at our reasonable discretion.

If we cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or credit for that session. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will work with you in good faith to reschedule.

Programs, cohorts, and challenges

Multi-week programs may involve shared materials, facilitator time, and limited seats. If you withdraw within seven days of the published start date and before accessing more than twenty percent of delivered materials, you may request a partial refund of amounts paid, minus non-recoverable costs disclosed at enrollment.

After that window, fees are generally non-refundable, but we may offer credits toward a future cohort when compassionate circumstances apply. Each request is reviewed individually.

Subscriptions

If we offer subscriptions, renewal terms, cancellation windows, and refund eligibility will be presented at signup. Unless stated otherwise, you may cancel renewal before the next billing date to avoid future charges. Past billing periods are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a defect prevented access.

When refunds may be limited

We may decline refund requests when:

  • The purchase was completed more than the window described above and no defect is demonstrated.
  • Content or session value has been substantially consumed or delivered.
  • A promotional or discounted item was clearly marked as final sale under the offer’s terms.
  • Chargeback or fraud review indicates abuse of policies or payment systems.

Even when a refund is declined, we may still offer a good-faith credit or alternative arrangement if it resolves the issue faster than a dispute.

How approved refunds are processed

Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days to the original payment method when possible. Banks and card networks may add additional processing time before funds appear. If the original method cannot receive a refund, we will coordinate an alternative reasonable method.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you initiate a chargeback, we may pause delivery of ongoing services until the dispute is resolved, and we will provide your payment provider with documentation of what was purchased and delivered. We prefer to resolve concerns directly—email us before disputing a charge when possible.

EU and UK digital content reminder

If you qualify as a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, statutory rights for digital content and services may apply in addition to this Policy. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts, we will honor the timelines and procedures required by law. If you request immediate access to digital content before the withdrawal period ends, you may lose part of that withdrawal right as permitted by law.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect new products, payment partners, or regulatory guidance. Purchases made before an update are generally governed by the Policy in effect at purchase unless the change benefits you or is required by law.
