Scope and our role
This Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed when you visit https://frizelonghod.world/ (the “Site”), when you email us, when you use the contact form, and when you otherwise interact with Frizelonghod in connection with informational content, consulting-style conversations, educational products, or programs we describe on the Site. We act as a controller for that processing unless we explicitly state that another party is solely responsible (for example, a payment processor operating under its own terms).
The Site publishes general information about planning and daily structure. Reading the Site does not create a professional service relationship. Where you later purchase services, additional terms may apply and will be identified at the point of sale.
We do not use this Policy to collect special categories of data through the contact form. Please do not send health records, government ID numbers, or similarly sensitive information unless we have asked for them through a secure channel for a defined purpose.
Data controller and contact points
The controller responsible for processing personal data described in this Policy is:
Frizelonghod300 Post St
San Francisco, CA 94108
United States
Email: touch@frizelonghod.world
Phone: +1 415-486-4800
For privacy-specific requests, include “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may ask you to verify your identity before disclosing, correcting, or deleting information. Verification protects you from unauthorized access; we keep verification steps proportionate to the risk.
Categories of personal data
Depending on how you interact with us, we may process the following categories:
Identity and contact
Name, email address, phone number if you provide it, organization name if relevant, and similar identifiers.
Message content
Text you submit through forms or email, including attachments if you choose to send them.
Transaction data
Records of purchases or enrollments, payment references, and delivery status when you buy products or services.
Technical and usage data
IP address, device type, browser version, approximate region derived from IP, timestamps, and pages viewed when our hosting or analytics tools collect logs.
Cookie-related details, including optional analytics or marketing tools when enabled, are described in the Cookie Policy.
Sources of data
We obtain personal data from:
- You, when you type into forms, email us, call us, or provide information during a service engagement.
- Your browser or device, when technical data is generated by visiting the Site or loading resources.
- Payment partners, who confirm whether a charge succeeded without sending full card numbers to us when those partners tokenize payments.
- Publicly available business directories, only when we need to reconcile an inquiry with a legitimate organization.
Purposes and legal bases under the GDPR
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following purposes and legal bases:
- Delivering the Site and responding to requests (performance of a contract or steps prior to contract; and legitimate interests in communicating with visitors). This includes answering questions and sending administrative notices related to services you request.
- Operating security, debugging, and abuse prevention (legitimate interests in protecting users, systems, and data integrity). This includes rate limiting, spam filtering, and investigating suspicious activity.
- Optional analytics or marketing technologies (consent where required). You can adjust categories through the cookie banner or settings described in the Cookie Policy.
- Advertising measurement (consent where required). If you allow marketing or analytics cookies, our advertising partners may process limited technical data to measure ad delivery, clicks, or conversions, consistent with the Cookie Policy.
- Compliance with law (legal obligation), such as responding to lawful requests from public authorities when properly validated.
- Establishing or defending legal claims (legitimate interests), where record-keeping is necessary to resolve disputes in a fair manner.
Where consent is the only available basis for a specific activity, you may withdraw consent without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal, and without affecting processing that rests on another legal basis.
Recipients and processors
We share personal data with service providers that help us host the Site, transmit email, manage customer inquiries, process payments, or store backups. Those providers process data on documented instructions and are expected to implement appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
We do not sell personal data as that term is commonly understood in U.S. state privacy laws. We do not share personal data with advertisers for their independent use unless you have opted into marketing technologies that involve such partners, as described in the Cookie Policy.
International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you access the Site from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, your data may be transferred to the United States or to other countries where our subprocessors operate. When required, we implement safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, supplemented by technical and organizational measures and, where appropriate, transfer impact assessments.
You may request more information about safeguards by contacting us using the details below.
Retention periods
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including an additional period where statutes of limitations or regulatory obligations require retention. The table summarizes typical windows; actual retention can vary by case.
| Category | Typical retention |
|---|---|
| Contact form and routine email | Up to twenty-four months after the last message in a thread, unless a longer period is needed for legal defense or outstanding transactions. |
| Contract and billing records | Duration of the relationship plus up to seven years where tax or accounting rules apply, unless a shorter period is permitted. |
| Server logs | Often rotated within ninety days unless isolated for security review. |
| Cookie and preference records | As described in the Cookie Policy; preference storage lasts until you clear site data. |
Security measures
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and the risk of processing. Measures may include HTTPS transport encryption for the Site, access controls for operational accounts, least-privilege principles, vendor review, and employee confidentiality expectations. No system is perfectly secure; we monitor and adjust controls as threats evolve.
If we become aware of a breach that poses a high risk to your rights, we will notify you and supervisory authorities as required by applicable law.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Access personal data and receive certain information about processing.
- Correct inaccurate data or complete incomplete data.
- Delete data in defined circumstances.
- Restrict processing in defined circumstances.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling in some cases.
- Receive a machine-readable copy of data you provided where processing is automated and based on contract or consent.
- Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including rights to know, delete, and opt out of certain sharing. We do not “sell” or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising through the core Site experience without appropriate controls and choices.
Automated decision-making
We do not use automated processing to make decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means. If that changes, we will describe the logic, significance, and your rights before such processing begins.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under sixteen, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate authority. If you believe we received a child’s data inappropriately, contact us and we will take prompt steps to delete it where required.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in processing, legal requirements, or Site features. Material updates will be indicated by revising the effective date at the top of this page and, when appropriate, providing a short notice on the Site. Continued use after an update constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Policy where permitted by law.
